3. Downloads & Third-Party Content

• The App allows downloading of content from supported platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc.).
• You agree to comply with each platform’s terms of service before downloading or sharing its content.
• Clips Pocket is not responsible for the misuse of downloaded content.

4. Earnings & Monetization

• Creators may earn rewards when their videos are downloaded or monetized through ads.
• Earnings are subject to the accuracy of your account details and compliance with our policies.
• We may suspend or withhold earnings in cases of fraud, spam, or violation of Terms.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and we are not responsible for their delays or errors.

5. Advertisements

• The App is supported by ads. By using the App, you agree to see advertisements.
• Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Use the App for unlawful activities or fraud.
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the App.
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
